2024The Foothills Writers Group is thrilled to announce its second annual Grade Six writing contest.

Students in the Okotoks, Diamond Valley and High River–Public, Separate, and Francophone schools are invited to submit.

Contest details:

Students can submit a 300—to 1000-word handwritten or typed short story on any topic ( fiction or nonfiction).

Students must submit their stories to their teacher no later than October 21st.

Winners will be announced in November 2024.
